What data aura.kg collects, why, and how to have it deleted.
What we collect
When you send a request on the site we receive your name, phone number, e-mail address (if you give one), the chosen direction and the message text, plus the address of the page the request was sent from and campaign tags if you came through an advertising link.
When you press the WhatsApp or phone button, the site records the fact of the click — without your data — so we understand which sections are useful.
Why
Only to answer your request: to call back, write in a messenger, prepare a proposal. We do not sell or pass contacts to third parties and do not send advertising without your consent.
Where the data is stored
Requests are kept in our internal CRM on a server in the European Union; only AURA staff have access. Notifications about new requests go to our work e-mail.
Cookies
The site uses only the technical cookies it needs to work (for example, the chosen language). Analytics counters, if enabled, run under their operators' rules.
Your rights
You may ask what data we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it. Write to [email protected] with the subject «Personal data» — we reply during business hours.

We may update this policy; the current version is always published on this page.
